1, warranty period, scope, warranty conditions

Since the customer received the goods from the date of our company to provide the whole machine quality warranty period of one year. During the warranty period, if quality problems are found, our company is responsible for repairing and replacing them, and our company is responsible for all the expenses incurred therefrom: if the problems are caused by improper use, our company is responsible for repairing them and only charges the material cost.

2, the quality of the problem:

If the quality of the product during the warranty period is identified by the authority as not meeting the quality requirements, the liability for breach of contract shall be borne in accordance with the contract agreement. Division I will establish a sound maintenance files, to provide users with consulting services.

2.1, the company provides immediate response service. The service instruction information of the supplier shall be responded to within 24 hours according to the requirements of the supplier. The general problem shall be solved within 48 hours. In case of major problems or other problems that cannot be solved quickly for the time being, it shall be solved within one week.

2.2, provide timely treatment of other unexpected failures not caused by the quality of the equipment itself.

2.3, during the warranty period, all equipment and quality problems found in the process of inspection, installation and commissioning, equipment commissioning and operation shall be guaranteed repair, replacement and return until the products meet the quality requirements. Bear all the costs of repair, replacement and return.

2.4, free of charge to repair and replace any damage and failure caused by the quality of the equipment itself. After the repair, we will report to the user in duplicate, including the cause of the failure, the solution, the time required to complete the repair and the date of normal operation.
